All tour bookings are subject to availability. A deposit is required to secure your reservation. The balance must be paid in full at least 30 days before the departure date, unless otherwise specified.
Travel with Lucian reserves the right to cancel any tour due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund will be provided.
It is your responsibility to ensure you have valid passports, visas, and other required travel documents. We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, trip cancellation, and luggage loss.
Participants must disclose any medical conditions or disabilities that may affect their ability to participate in tour activities. Travel with Lucian is not liable for any injuries, illnesses, or accidents that occur during the tour.
We reserve the right to modify itineraries due to weather conditions, political unrest, or other circumstances beyond our control. Alternative arrangements will be made whenever possible.
